Anyone run a mac o/r prochamber h with the plain magnaflow catback(not magnapacks)? Im just wondering if its gonna sound good, or raspy or like garbage.

Thoughts? Ive checked youtube and streetfire but cant find much, seems like everyone runs flowmasters lol


I have the magnaflow catback on the car now and it sounds great but its not very loud. I can get a prochamber used for a good price so i want to buy it but im scared its not gonna sound good..

Also, it doesnt have cats, so will i be able to drive with it like that? Im guessing the check engine light will come on but what else would happen? Or should I just wait till i get a programmer to install the prochamber and disable the o2's?

My dad had that setup on his 03 Mach 1, then I traded my SLP LM 1 for the Magnaflows. It sounds really good.

Its not raspy at all. Its not to loud either. If you were running just a Magnaflow catback, then threw the prochamber on, it makes it a little louder, not much at all.

Im running a BBK o/r X pipe with Magnaflows. It has an awsome tone to it. But its alittle to quiet for me.
