Hey all
I am looking at buying some wheels for my stang and was wondering if the offset and backspacing would always be the same, for instance I really like the Boss 338 I want a 18x10 for the rear and 18x9 for the front. A third party dealer told me they didnt make them in the correct offset and backspacing for my car. So the question is will the offset and backspacing always be the same for the size. Oh and any suggestion on wheel choices are always appreciated. I will be lowering the car also.

No, offsets or backspacing is different on every rim. Keep in mind the width of the rim and tire are going to make a difference as to what backspacing you will need.

In my opinion, the s-style (90's Saleens) is the ultimate rim for most mustangs. I'm on a mission to get some for my 96 GT.

I really like that idea if I am looking at the correct pic (of a 90 Saleen wheel) you dont see those that often and yes they look awesome
