[03INTERCEPTOR]

My 2003 Mustang GT has a 4.6 Interceptor badge where the Ford logo should be. I've heard that it has some modifications compared to a regular GT. Does anyone know how much horsepower this thing has?

someone more thn likely just put it on there. you can buy them all day on ebay.

there is no hp difference in the police package, they have some different limits set in the computer with a chip, bigger brakes and a bigger torgue converter. it takes a 8" flex plate instead of a 7.5. (bolt pattern)

There's also slightly different suspension, but john's got it, really not much of a difference other than if it was used as a police car its been beaten pretty hard and left idling for long stretches.

Not sure on the whole interceptor pkg thing just wanted to say nice 03 mine looks identical, from what I was told it mine is an 03 deluxe with the 99 cobra wheels and the silver center piece that goes around the radio, oh and the factory foot pedals. But again nice car LOL
