I have a 99 GT with just a aftermarket cold air intake and flowermaster catback. Im not too much worried about money, so if i wanted to supercharge it, what all would need upgraded that wouldn't come with the kit (fuel injectors, pulleys, heads/cams, etc.). Obvisouly im a rookie, so any help would be great. Btw, I was looking towards Kenne Bell or Vortech if that means anything.

Reason: misspelling
you can buy vortech, kb kits and others that come as complete kits. they come with everything from a to z except probably like a fuel pump. a fuel pump is no big deal though.
your stock heads and cams will be fine.

I agree, set a whp goal. Also decide if you want tire frying low end torque or high rpm peak power.
Go with a Centri or turbo if you don't mind a slight lag at low rpms which is offset by peak power at higher rpms.
If you want instant boost, get a KB 1.7L or Saleen Series IV 1.6L Lysholm or other positive displacement blower kit. You can get larger kits if you want to forge your bottom end later or increase whp above 400+.
Decide which type of power adder you want first, that will help determine which bolt ons to add.
For example:
1) Buying an upper and lower intake and later upgrading to a KB or Saleen kit would be a waste since the blower replaces both intakes.
2) Exhaust upgrades are great with a supercharger, but a turbo setup will change your exhaust setup some.

depends on how much power you want. if you want more than 430rwhp then you need to build a cobra short block to handle it. its not that much. mmr makes some good stuff. but you stock gt bottom end is only good for about 430rwhp MAX!!! but if your comfortable with that, then you should be okat with about 9 pounds of boost. otherwise you'll regret not building the bottom end when it blows...
Im running 10psi on my 2.1 KB making 420rwhp with a conservative tune. No problems have come my way and I tend to play with the car a lot when I drive it. The only thing I had to upgrade that didnt come with the kit was a bigger tb (at least a 75mm), and a different fuel pump besides the KB boost a pump. Also wouldnt waste any time on u/d pullies if your gonna supercharge, and dont upgrade the heads/cam unless your gonna run extremely low boost or build the bottom end cuz with all that you will probably be over the 2v's limit.

+1 dont do u/d pullies if you run force induction.
The local speedshop had a car come in with "low boost" issues. Come to find out the guy had installed an underdrive pulley set from Steeda on a supercharged car, it was making 2-3# of boost due to the underdrive crank pulley.

Set your goals first, if you wanna go beyond 8psi you should do the bottom end first. Set your goals first, and then do some research on how to achieve it.
