Default 96 mustang 4.6 cam & head swap

Hi We just did a head & cam change . We bored & stoked the engine to get piston with valve reliefs for piston to valve clearance. we installed PI heads & comp stage 2 cams 270 ah. Now it skips until about 3000 rpm. 150 pounds of compression & no leaks on leak down test. New ford racing 24lb injectors. SCT tuner. Today I installed a dis ignition but the skip is still there. Any ideas?
thanks mike

Next summer looking to go with:
Bilstien shocks + struts, Lowering springs (brand still TBD (any suggestions?)), MM CC plates, front + rear sway bars, subframes, and upper and lower control arms.
Time to make the pony ride some rails
