Default Prochamber questions...

Anyone out there running a prochamber on an auto? the reason i ask is i want to know if the "fluttery" sound around 1000-1500 RPM is present with the prochamber like it is with an O/R X...and us auto guys spend the majority of time usually around that RPM range when the overdrive is trying to make up its mind to come or stay off..lol. im seriously considering swapping my X for a prochamber but i want to make sure its going to cure that like hiccup before i spend the money and the time to do it.....thanks in advance guys/gals!

I'm not sure I know what fluter sound you're referring to but that Pro Chamber is an awesome exhaust, I highly recommend it.

i cant explain it...lol, its just an odd sound...not mean sounding, really weak sounding, makes me press the accelerator harder to get rid of it! lol. the x has a nice rumble at idle and starts to scream as you get on it, but just pulling away from a stop once you get to cruising speed its real fluttery, thats all i can say....ANYONE ELSE KNOW THE SOUND IM TALKING ABOUT?

I had a pypes xpipe... So I kinda know what you mean. It annoyed me so bad I put the factory one back on.

I actually just installed the prochamber two weeks ago... And I love it. I have a flowmaster cat back, and to me it sounds deadly.

I haven't really found a rpm it doesn't sound good. If your in too high of a gear and put load on it, it kinda sounds like a$$... But anything will.

come to think of it, thats kinda where my X sounds like a** too....maybe thats just a common problem with O/R midpipes?
