The Aluminator S/C long block comes with the 03/04 Cobra front timing cover. Any blower that will work on a Cobra will work with it, including Kenne Bell and Whipple. I'm not sure about the GT500 pieces, as they are for a 5.4L motor, not a 4.6. The Aluminator long block comes complete minus the intake and exhaust manifolds, and whatever accessories you plan on mounting to the front of the motor.

Ford bills the Aluminator as "one of the strongest Modular aluminum blocks ever produced." Is it as strong as the famous Teksid blocks, maybe, maybe not, but Ford does not seem to have a problem comparing the two. The Aluminator long block comes with a 12mo. 12k mile warranty that says it's capable of handling s/c applications up to 800hp. Aluminator motors are currently powering the world record holding 2010 drift Mustang of Vaughn Gitting, Jr., and the new Cobra Jet drag Mustangs, which are using 5.4L versions. There is absolutely nothing "weak" about this motor!

The aluminum blocks can handle the power the cast iron ones can but the catch is the aluminum blocks can't handle the heat that the cast iron blocks can in the higher rpms. So when most big power engines reach their peak power generally in the higher rpms the you have to worry about whether or not the aluminum block can handle the internal engine temps.
