difference between superchargers?

Default difference between superchargers?
v1 and v2 any difference power wise? i have both and just want a few opinions on which would make more power. the only thing i found on vortechs web site are really that v1=loud and v2= quiet. its going on a 97 gt with just about every bolt on you can buy. srt-4 injectors and a safc neo to tune. thanks for the input!

I have the V1 and its nasty loud at idle, but not sure about the V2, I thought it was just another updated charger V3 and so on. Not sure though.

The V2's are available as 'SQ' trim blowers which are the 'super quiet' ones. I don't think the V1's are.


What the heck are you doing with SRT-4 injectors in a Mustang? What is the flow rate on them?
