Boost Im hoping to be in the mid 400's. If I can get around 450+ I will be happy. That will be just enough for me to cruise around the streets on, and enjoy it, and when I KNOW Im going to need the extra kick, I can turn on the juice.
Im starting off with a (Small) shot. Just to get my feet wet with spraying nitrous with boost. My HP will go up a bit, but my TQ should go through the roof (Hopefully) on most sprayed boosted cars, the TQ gets pretty nuts.
Sooner or later (Most likely sooner) I will be spraying a 100-125 shot. For now, Im sticking with the little 75 hit.
I will have the finalized boost/n20 #'s tomm morning
Car got REALLY heat-soaked this afternoon (Late) into the night. The heat/humidity up here in STL has been horrible. After a bit of tuning to get the fuel system dialed in, it got the motor/blower hot, so the dyno runs wernt very good (Right around 430) but my IAT's were approaching 130, and at one time eclipsed 150 degrees!
We got it running about *18 of timing, but when it gets that hot, it takes out ALOT ALOT ALOT of timing.
We got EVERYTHING dialed in tonight. So first thing in the A.M, we are going to throw (3) bags of ice over the blower/intake + Stuff my resevoir full of ice, and run it for the boost. If we can do it before the humidity/heat sets in, we should get some pretty solid #'s.
After a few pulls, we will do a few nitrous dial-in runs. By then, the heatsoak is prob going to be setting in, but the nitrous should cool it off a bit My tuner said if it is getting warm, and you spray, it hits even more VIOLENT .
I was in the area of 425/430 seeing 140+ IATs which IS NOT good at all, and that was pulling timing. He said I could see as much as 40-70hp gains with lower IATs.
I also found out, I am really really really spinnning this blower

Next summer looking to go with:
Bilstien shocks + struts, Lowering springs (brand still TBD (any suggestions?)), MM CC plates, front + rear sway bars, subframes, and upper and lower control arms.
Time to make the pony ride some rails
The heatsoak was literally killing me yesterday. It was 90+ with very very very thick humidity yesterday. The shop was 95+ without a problem.
He was dialing in my fuel system, so that got some heat. Then he let it cool with a bit of ice, and came back to do a few pulls. By then after 1 pull the heatsoak + Heat just ate it alive, and it started pulling timing.
This morning (Right now) he is doing some pulls to make the final adjustments (Boost only). Its only suppose to be 80-84 today, but the humidity is still there . Hopefully he can get it all dialed in and get some good runs in before the heat sets in.
If we get lucky. Hopefully he will dial in the nitrous before it starts getting hot as well. Once noon hits here, the heat/humidity is starting to reach its max. Yesterday it didnt hit the dyno until 3pm which by then, the air is at its full potential.
Car Wise (STL summers SUCK SUCK SUCK). I Cant wait til Fall/Spring when its 50/60 degrees with 0 humidity.

We are keeping it safe, so we dont have any problems. Its hot here, and the IAT's are getting pretty warm on boost alone.
500rwhp/525rwtq
Made right around 440/450 on Boost.
So if you look at it according to #'s. A baby shot is equivalient to 60hp/75tq, not very much. But Im keeping the timing low/and A/F very safe, as this is the first time I have ever used nitrous.
Pretty soon I will throw in the 100's and really make this thing scream
Wow thats some good numbers. I wonder what it feels like with 14psi and shooting nos in from 3k-6k rpms. prolly gotta grip that wheel haha. I like the detail in the writing, but I am more of a video man! Haha! Show us the car! Some pulls on dyno and also on the freeway! PLEASE! Thanks.

I'll get some videos for you guys. Had a big cam LS1, and a Whipple 3.4 cobra that wanted to run last night, along with a few other cars. Was getting the car out of the garage and the rain started coming down, so I didnt go out.
Car runs its ASS OFF. It was tuned/dyno'd in 90/95+ Heat, so when its 60/70 degree's it feels like a completly different car. Last night it was in the upper 60's, so it felt AWESOME (Before the rain hit).
Im going to go back shortly (When I go to a 100-125shot) and do it with Race gas, I am placing an order with VP Fuels shortly. It should be cooler temps outside, Race gas, and more jug, so it should put down some good #'s. So I'll keep you updated!
