got a 5.4 motor out of a f-150 whats is all needed for the swap. i know its been done just need to know whats all needed to complete the swap thanks

What year 5.4 and what year Mustang? It can be done...I've done it.

depends on you app. s/c ,n/a, turbo? did you get the PCM or are you gonna run a seperate management sys? ( fast, big stuff) If you're gonna stay w/ factory PCM you'll need a wiring diagram to swap pins at the harness. Intake and or adapters will be needed. inlet pipe and filter arrangement.bellhousing. flywheel/flexplate. clutch/torque conv. etc. exhaust.

It is going in a 98 mustang gt motor is out of a 2001 truck 5.4 2v customer brought it in for engine noise spun a rod bearing number 8 going to rebuild it with all forged internal for posible turbo application
