Default 1998 Mustang gt rear brake upgrades

HI. I've always been a chevy fan until I got a good deal on a 98 GT. Now i'm in love with my stang but have a question about it. I take it road racing at summit point w.v. and it's awesome. My car has a few upgrades (done by previous owner) including baer cobra front brakes, bbk cold air, a short throw, and lowering springs. My problem is that in hard braking I have alot of weight transfer to the front and front brake lock-up. I am open to any advice and any one who can tell me where to get upgraded rear brakes. Thanks in advance. P.S. Shopping on a small budget.

Thanks for the info. I'll give it a try when the money permits.
