as joker does make a VERY good point, i think i would still go with 3.73s just because i tend to like to ride out 1st around town where all the ladies are walkin around in bikinis hahahaha

...and decide for yourself, I guess. This is the guide I used to install my gears. I went with 4.10s but my car isn't a daily driver, it's just my haulin' ass play car.
Also, I'd go with the Ford Racing gears because of the information mentioned in the link.

ok thats probably not gonna work for me installing them myself .... any places where i can take it to?
I honestly don't know, man. You're gonna pay quite a bit would be my guess. I've heard people say anywhere from $300-$700 in the forums here. If I absolutely had to pay someone to do it, I'd do a lot of research first. Google your local shops, make some phone calls or better yet, go do a face-to-face with some shop owners and find out who will do it for the least cost.
Check around and make sure you go to a trustworthy shop. I've also heard of people getting screwed by shops who did a bad install and refuse to back up their work. But...that goes with anything. I like to do my own work. It's a hobby, and if I screw something up then I don't have to waste time getting pissed at anyone but myself.
