Am I able to put stock tune back in with gear compensation?

Im currently running an american muscle 91 octane custom tune on my car (tuner is sct xcal3). But im wondering if its possible to put the stock tune back in, but compensate for the gears so my speedometer is accurate as I have 3.73s..

Is it even possible?

Yup, should be simple, the compensation for the gears is seperate from the tune, you can just return to stock and then make sure the settings for the gears are at 3.73.
