The Premuim GT has leather interior, Microsoft Sync and Ambient lighting, and My Color gages. The Premuim also gives you the oppurtunity to add more factory options if you want them. I special ordererd mine only because I did not want to pay for say the $2000.00 navigation system, I did not want. You can go to the ford website. They have a pretty good build and price it application where you can pick and pay for only what you want.
Here is a link that breaks down the difference in options. http://bp2.forddirect.fordvehicles.c...C38C693BC3.pdf
As far as power the GT's have 315 HorsePower @ 6000 RPM and 325 Ft lbs Torque @4220 RPM.

you're trying to tell me that the sticker price didn't bring you into reality? What was it, like $35,000? + tax and tag? = $40,000? You gotta be crazy to buy a new car, wait 3 years and pick one up for $20, you can buy a 2005 with whipple for $20K these days...

I would bet the price on any new 5.0 that comes out will cost a lot more than the 2010. Not to mention the jump in insurance for the 400 HP. With tax and tags I paid around $30 G's. I saved about $6000 by ordering in Iraq.
