Well, the Bullitt is going back under the knife this week in search of more power and better times, both on the 1/4 mile track, and the autocross track.

This week's additions will include:

4.10 gears, 31 spline axles, and Eaton 31 spline differential
Torque Box repair/reinforcement
Maximum Motorsports Panhard bar

nice. i was gonna do gears this week. decided to get the clutch instead, and then im gonna get the clutch and gears installed at the same time in 2 weeks.

i was looking at doing 31 spline, but after talking to a guy whos shop does a lot of mustangs, he said it wasnt necessary if i plan to keep the hp/tq fairly low. im only (for now) wanting to get to the 300-350 mark, and im not interested in going to the strip, only the race track.

how much hp/tq u plan on makin or have?

My goals are around 320/350. The reason to get 31 spline is simple. Running sticky tires at the track, and launching at 4000+ rpms, is a recipe for a broken axle.

I already have HPM Megabite SR's set on 135%, and drag radials, so this should really make it come out of the hole hard. Hopefully hard enough for a 12 second timeslip...

Next payday, I've already got Strange 10 way adjustable shocks and struts lined up, and will probably buy my HiTech Stage 2 cams also.
