I googled and found several Series IV kits available new, but they are a WHOLE lot more expensive than when I bought mine. I paid $3550 and I saw some for $5100 to $7500 for the same kit I have.
They must dip them in gold now.
Keep looking online and Ebay for a complete used kit. I will attach the installation kit for the Series IV kit which also has the Bill of materials list for the kit. PM me if I can be of more help.
EDIT:
Explorer isn't allowing me to upload files, so here is a link to a thread I have with links to the installation kit and other information I have gathered up on the Saleen Series IV.
yea i heard of people for getting them fro 2k-4k and i seen the ones you seen and i said damn. are you happy with yours though? do you wish you had gotten somthing else?

We started off with pretty much the same power back in May of '07 and look at us now.
I am putting down 360-380whp with the following mods with my Saleen Series IV (and more I am sure I am forgetting)
90mm LMAF
42# injectors
Kenne Bell Boost a Pump (set to 30%)
115" Goodyear Gatorback serpentine belt
MoSaleen Custom Idler
Chicane I/C upgrade
Water wetter in Intercooler and radiator
180*F thermostat
93 Octane JDM Engineering "Race" tune for current mods
100mm Demolet Cold air kit
2.8" Upper Pulley
AFCO Extreme Dual pass intercooler heat exchanger with Saleen fan delete.
Evil_GT has a built engine with custom ground cams, most of my mods as well as the 10% overdrive crank pulley and is putting down ~430 whp boost alone and 500 whp on nitrous with a 50 shot I think?
I love my Series IV kit.
I would like to see what I have spent on just the blower and supporting mods, then compare it to the Kenne Bell 1.7 or 2.1 kit.
I have ~119,000 miles on my car's original engine and 40,000+ miles has been with boost. It doesn't smoke and I drove it 12 hours each way recently and averaged 25.5 mpg on one tank of gas going from TN to PA.

I am getting my "Car-Tweaked" this weekend. Doing a few cooling upgrades, and trying a few things out. I will have up to date Dyno #'s on boost/ and the bottle. So I'll make sure to post up my results when I get them
But yes. On boost only, Im in the ballpark of 430/450. On the jug 525/540, baby 50 shot. Which Zex Rates at the flywheel.
Zex Rates there Hp/Tq at the Flywheel, as NX and other Kits rate there's at the wheels. So if you take a 50 shot of Zex, and a 50 shot of NX, the NX would be a true 50 shot, as Zex would be a tad bit lower (If you looked at HP/TQ increase) on the dyno.
oh i got ya. ive been looking at different s/c. like on AM they have a vortech for my car. and kenne bell has one also. my freind has a 2001 bullit and vortech on 9psi rann in the 11's on nitto 555r's. i want my car to run with him
