I've never actually done it myself before on my car but look all around the door for any screws that you can take out, either on the bottom or by the door handle are common spots...then Ford uses these little clips that hold panels and trim on...run your fingers or a screwdriver or something around the edges of the door, carefully popping each clip out, you will feel a little resistance, but they should just pop right out...then you should access to the inside of the door... this is how it was for a Ranger and Explorer that I had to do this to
