GO TO THE DOCTORS!!! and yes, get a lawyer, and sue for MEDICAL pain and suffering too!! its kinda rotten but its the ONLY way ur truly gonna get everything u deserve from it... it will take a while for it all to go thru and i really dont know what to tell you as far as what to drive for taht tiem being... but when u go after medical issues, you can claim you now need chiropractic care and physical rehabilitation... etc etc... pain suffering, time without ur car... if he DOES have insurance, and as long as u have uninsured/underinsured motorist on ur policy ALL of it SHOULD be taken care of... just remember your dealing with an insurance company... BUT whenever you get rear ended no matter WHAT the person who hit you is ALWAYS at fault for following too close

Sorry to see them pics man that stinks. But my buddy just had the same thing happen to him and the insurance id not pay him for his mods on his GT! Sorry to hear that. But do like he did if your not going to buy the car back take all you aftermarket things off!
That sucks ass, man. If it were me, I'd probably need to have someone else part out my car and the mods to pay for my lawyer after I pistol whipped the driver of the van to death.

My mother bumped a truck in a parking garage less the 5mph, didnt put a mark on her car, He jumps out with back and neck problems, yea right. It looked like a Mac truck hit his truck a few days later, know what I mean. Like I said her car wasnt even scratched.
She was sued for a insane amount, her insurance was jacked for about 5 years. If I ever get ahold of the guy I will get her money back.
Now before I get bashed Im not saying that you shouldnt sue, cuz if you are hurt and you dont get what you need then yes.

tks for all the support. i did go to the doctor and i do have whiplash and i do have a minor concussion my head is still killing me. i dont really want to get a lawer as long as they give me what i want. after 2 1/2 weeks they finally gave me an offer yesterday... i faxed them all the reciepts over 12k worth i would have loved to seen his face when he saw those lol. the offer he gave was just under 20k i laughed and said umm no thats a joke just blue book and parts and labor are over 29k.. not to mention what i paid for the car only 2 years ago and the parts are barley a year old. medical hasnt even started yet hehe. ive decided to not get an 03 cobra instead im going for a 08 shelby gt500!! and if i get enough im gonna go for a 08 shelby gt500 super snake!!! muhahahahha
