i have the sf3 and love it.. it sounds like you really need to go get a dyno tune on that stang a lot of shops work with sct and like said before a tunner in the wrong hands will obviously f**k some stuff up but a proffessional that knows how to tune should take your tuner and make a custom tune that will fix all your problems
Sorry about your problems , its frustrating I am sure , Probley a good reason to Never use anyone else's hand held tuner not set up for their car, best to get your own custom tunes and a SCT X3, hope things for out for you, good luck.

It was set up for my car. The last tune was for racing not street driving and the first two tunes did not account for the new cams and gears. The timing got messed up with the new cams and Ford reflashed the PCM when they set the timing and changed the registry of the PCM so none of the tunes work correctly so I reset the PCM back to stock by the XCAL2, hopefully.
i mean if i were you i load it up and tow it there then i mean youve went to ford and they did all that which im assuming cost a pretty penny and you said you were gettin a run around until recent i would load it up and tow it there with all the money you will spent at ford relashing the pcm and wat not and also waiting on sct and tunes to come to you could make it there and be done with it but thats just my opinion if i were you
My SCT SF3 came in today. I loaded the Brenspeed Custom 93 Octane Street Tune. My mustang now runs again. Shifts great. Accelerates really fast. Actually too fast. I have to watch the gas pedal from a dead stop. When I fill up again, I will load the Custom 87 Octane Street Tune. I have a Custom 93 Octane Race Tune. I don't know when I will get to try it out.
