Just ordered the 8000K Bi-xenon kit off of stangmods. I drive at night at least 5 days a week so I was looking into a good kit.

Will these pair with projectors later down the road? My stock housing is clouding up a bit, I was planning on buying new assemblys in the spring. I heard projectors work best with H.I.D.s

Any opinons? Am I better off pulling some stock housing out of a salvage yard and see just as well?

Actually the projectors don't work with the HID's. You can get a kit a projector hid kit but it would cost over 600 and you would have to modify your headlamps quite a bit. I have had 6000k bi-xenon lights for a couple years and I love them, they really look great. The 8000K will be pretty much blue. I actually just ordered some the other day.

They're supposed to arrive today, hope I didnt get them too blue. I guess I'll wait and see.
If anything stangmods has a 15 day return policy i can swap them out for the 6000K.
Thanks for clearing up about the projectors. Time to head to a salvage yard and pull some cleaner ones off.

They should be fine. Unless your in a state where they actually check your headlights. I'm in Nebraska so they could care less lol. Yeah the 6000k appear slightly blue. Not exactly sure how the 8000k look in real life. I really like the way Mustang's look with HIDs.
