Take if for a spin. I am VERY skeptical on those numbers. Its (probably) not smog legal, so if that is an issue where you are it could be a deal breaker. I've seen a couple people buy nice built cars only to find out they need 5K in work to get a registration sticker!

Yes NEVER buy a car with that many mods without taking it to a shop to see if it can pass an inspection. will do you zero good if you cant put street tags and insurance on it. The Brother in law is here over my shoulder, he's a tech from roush racing here in NC. he says if that car doesnt have a supercharger and it IS makin those numbers. it sure as heck aint runnin on pump gas and it would be a miracle if it was street legal

There's no way that engine made that kind of power at the wheels. At the crank, maybe...and that's a long shot.
