Default 1997 Mustang Sound System

ok so i have a 97 mustang i want to put some boston acoustic speakers into, along two 10 inch basses. i have a amp to go with the basses what would be the best way to wire this whole thing up? or does anyone have a site or guide i can follow for installation?

You need a head unit with sub pre outs or it'll be a pita if you have the mach system. With the stock head unit it is a major pain to get everything to work together, its also a pain sometimes with an aftermarket head unit. As far as the 10" subs go, I had 2 very good ones, and thought it sounded great, then I tried a single 12" on the same amp... that 12 blows away the 2 10" setup, hits much harder, infinitely clearer, more response... pretty much better in every way... best advice I could give you is go with a good single 12" setup, you'll love it, with everything else, I can do 100mph with the windows down and hear the music clear and no wind. I can probably get you the specs for my enclosure as well.

12" Alpine type R. No questions asked.

And I agree about the mach setup. I ended up ripping it all out. Sounds amazing now!
