i went to the track today again after the swaps and first run i ran a 13.6@107 mph with a 2.18 sixty foot like the previous time then i heated my nt555 street tires a little more and got a 13.55@105 with a 2.02 sixty foot. then in the first round of eliminations (i was leaving regardless win or lose by that time i had been at the track 8 hours for 3 runs) i heated my tires a bunch and launched at 3k rpm and got a 13.40@106 with a 2.002 sixty. im very happy after my heads and cams i just need some stock wheels with some tires i can burn up. not tryin to tear up $420 dollars of tires i just got. there is still more room to improve hopin to hit 13.00's. just figured id share because im happy ive picked up 16 mph and 1.6 seconds

You definitely need more tire. Your trap speed indicates high twelve potential. You need to get that 60 foot time down to the 1.80s. Good times though. Especially the 107 trap spped.

thanks. yeah i want to get some light stock wheels with some tires i can burn up. because the bullitt rims are big and heavier than stock and its my dd dont wanna burn up my good tires i just put on. im hopin to get my 60's down and hit 13 even or break into 12's. that would be awesome

Def some nice times. I would get some used stang rims at least and some MT Drag Radials and you'll be hitting high 12's.
