Default Do I need X2 ball joint and bump steering kit?

I just ordered a full Eibach suspension (springs, shocks, struts sway bars) and camber caster plates. My question is do I really need a Steeda ball joint kit and or a bump steering kit. I forked over a lot of money to do the whole suspension at one time and don't really have the cash but I don't want to burn up my tires either.

I'd love to hear some thoughts.

Vehicle - 2001 GT Convertible 18" rims / 275/35/18 tires.

The bump steer kit won't have any or very minimal effect on tire wear. It's a driving feeling thing.

Like on my car now, I have to "saw" the wheel in the corners because of bump steer. You may not notice as much on a daily driver.

Thanks, this will probably save me a few bucks right away. I'll see how it drives and then decide for a spring 2010 purchase. I'll see what others have to say about the ball joints. Thanks for your help and nice rides......

If you lower it 2" or more, then i would look into the kit. Your suspension geometry will be thrown off. If it's just the that kit and a 1 or 1.5" drop, you're good to go.
