Default looking at a mach 1 tomorrow, things to look for?

after months of searching for one, i FINALLY found a mach 1 on this island, and, im going to look at it tomorrow afternoon, assuming the person who looks at it in the morning doesnt buy it.

its an 03 mach 1 with about 30k miles. is there anything commonplace with a mach 1 that i should have a gander at? i've never looked at a new edge mustang before, so i really dont know what would normal even on a new edge. any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

With low miles like that it has probably been taken care of but that is Hawaii where it's hard to get high miles. I would do the usual checks on looking at the fluids, driving it, and running a car fax. The owner shouldn't object to a trip to a dealership or mechanic for a more through check if you feel inclined. The little you pay there might be well worth it later.

I would run a carfax to make sure it hasn't been in a wreck but mechanically they seem to be very solid cars, my tuner has one, it's really a great driving Stang...

Here's a list of most of the known Recalls and TSB's for 2003 Mach 1's. The biggies to look for are the driver's side head "tick", passenger seat squeak from rubbing on the door, shaker rattle, and rear end "pop" or "clunk". With only 30k miles, it's probably in really good condition.

+1 to what they said. But a TSB doens't mean they'll fix it unless it's turned into a recall, unless the Ford i went to were d*ck heads.
Mach 1's are sweet!

Mach 1s are very nice cars. I almost bought a white 5 speed before my GT. They desperately need a set of gears, but even stock, there is quite the rush on top end and it redlines at 6800 rpm stock! Very cool.
