makes sense, I think I'm going to go with 275's on the front. Ford put 275's all the way around on 03-04 Cobras so I think its safe to say It'll be okay to put them on the front of my Gt

i have 275's on my 10.5inch rims. they are small but you can only notice it if you go right up to the tire. now granted if i could go back and make the decision again i would go with 315s but 275s fit.

a 275 is perfect for a 9 inch rim, I have them on my stock 17X8 for the rear and their too wide for that rim, I'll be going to what I run in front 255/45/17!

**not to thread jack, but...

Have any of you guys seen what a 235/50/18 tire looks like on a 10.5" wheel? It fits but looks stupid. What is the widest tire you can fit on a 10.5" wheel? I really need to change my rear wheels soon.

I'm not aware of a 18x10.5 inch wheel. I'm pretty sure they only come in 18x10. On a 10.5 inch rim the widest you can go is 315. On a 10 in rim I would say 305.

18x10.5 is what's stamped on my Saleen replica rear wheels. Thanks for the info..

Yeah, that's my car. It's the same one as in the Avatar, you just can't see the color in the tiny picture.
