Default rear sway bar question

i ' v e read on here that some people have broken several rear sway bars / stabilizer bars and that they have removed them.

is there any downsides to it? any better or worse? does the back end sit lower or uneven?

any replies would be appreciated. thanks.

shouldn't change your ride height but it will change how the car handles. when you begin driving without a rear stabalizer bar the rear end of the car will feel mushy and will not take a corner as well
