Default lug nut removal

i ' m in the process of removing the rear sway bar on a 98 mustang gt and i ' m trying to take the right rear tire off to make it easier to get too but i can't get one of the lug nuts off and all i have is a lug wrench.

is there any thing else i can do or try to get the darn thing off its already pissed me off this evening.

Add some pipe to it for more leverage. You may just have to twist it off and get a new one.

Yup, either that or buy a real, no BS breaker bar and appropriate sized socket. One of my most commonly used tools...

Apply a nice dose of liquid wrench or even WD40 and let it sit for few minutes, should loosen it up. Added pipe for some leverage is a good idea as well.
