All of the above will damage any car if it's done frequently. Revving to 3k or 6k right after a cold start will do damage. Even a small peel out will damage your tires by wearing them prematurely. What I'm saying is have fun with your car but always be prepared to pay the piper when the fun catches up to you.
im wanting to clear up some myths and facts, so everyone give me your input!
popping the clutch: clutch damage, drivetrain stress/shock
This can cause U-Joints to break, Spun driveshafts, Rear Diff Problems, Clutch Damage and dings in the flywheel ETC.
neutral drop: dropped transmission Ive seen this break teeth off gears or even heard of snapped input shafts NOT A GOOD IDEA.
small peel out: no damage It does put stress on your drivetrain. If done in moderation you probably dont have much to worry about. I have well over 200K on my car and I smoke the tires frequently.
burnout/brakestand: brake damage, some drivetrain shock/stress Will wear the rear brakes and tires prematurely. And depending on the lenth of the burnout can over heat the rear brakes and also the motor.
revving up to 3k in neutral: no damage Shouldn't cause to much damage, if any. Unless you have an extremely high milage car and the valve train is weak.
revving up to 6k in neutral: Being as thats the redline, it may cause some damage.
speed/power shifting: clutch wear, some drivetrain stress/shock Can cause clutch weare because you are slipping the clutch in and out breifly between gears. And also drivetrain shock as you are reving and dumping the clutch through every gear.
flooring car from a roll: no damage Not really going to do anything on a properly maintained car.
flooring a car and over revving: engine damage/stress Over revving is definitely a problem. Can cause many things to go wrong. But can happen a few times without any damage. STAY AWAY FROM THE REDLINE! most of us arent making power there anyway.
running a car hard while cold: engine damage/stress Not a good idea. The car hasnt had time to come to operating temp and may not have oil where it need and can cause serious problems.
im somewhat new to cars and whats really bad on them and whats not, i try to treat my mustang nice but i'd like to have a little fun sometime..
if im wrong on anything up there please let me know, those are only my theories and like to know whats right and wrong.
thanks
Hope this helps. Anyone feel free to correct or improve upon anything ive written. Thanks.

most of those sound like good fun for every once and while.... but running hard cold is sooooo unbelievably bad for the motor. The oil isn't at thin as it needs to be to protect and lubricate what it need to and the pistons are still ovals and having expanded to fit into the cylinders yet...

while driving or standing still, put an auto car in neutral, rev the motor and pull it into drive without letting the revs come down...VERY BAD on the tranny and driveshaft/u-joints/rearend....LOUD BANG and the car shakes and spins the tires...did it to my moms Contour 10 years when i FIRST started driving...dont tell her that! LOL
