subframe connectors, if your car is stick w/ the OEM unit get an aftermarket shifter, and if money is not an issue, a power-adder

I'll say the stage 2 heads and stage 2 cams. you already have the long tubes so use it wisely, with the stage2 heads and cams those longtubes will help so much to get more torque. and make sure you get that tuner chip and get it dyno and retune if needed. it is worth it getting your car dyno and tune to make sure you can get the most of it out to the wheels.
I would also go with 11" clutch(stronger), lighter flywheel, drive shaft, that will freeup more power and save gas. if you do this you will need a set of drag radials since the drive line will be easier to move.

But im gettin thoughs first before i get the Comp Cams Stage II Xtreme Energy XE270AH. but i was thinking about that maybe the flywheel
also what i forgot to add was the car only has 27,000 miles on it. and is not the daily driver. And it is also a 5 speed
