2. When he shifted i heard loud blow off valve!
I raced a ws6 today...... He was pulling on to the street from a parking lot, thought he was hardcore, it had that ram air hood thing, i downshifted as he was flooring it (i think it was an auto)... and i pulled on him pretty good, till about 70 then we shut down, i had to go to wrk...
I dont knw...?

It could have been one of those fake intercoolers, you know those all show no go guys... and the blow off valve, remember you can get those on e bay for like $50 bucks with the speaker and all ... Just busting your balls Marc...
I remember there was a place out their in Cali about 7 years ago putting supercharged 5.0's into Miata's They called them montser Maita's or something like that. They were bad ass little cars with a blown 5.0 in em'.
I remember reading about them back then in MM&FF

Dude awesome kill man. The silly thing about ricer guys etc... are that usually their cars are slow, but if you get some kid who knows a lil bout a motor, adds 5-7lbs of boost with a turbo on a car that weighs 2100 lbs compared to our 3400 lbs, uhm.. well just dont underestimate them. lol My roomate has a Honda Del Sol, with a 1.8 with a huge turbo on it. he's pushin about 12 lbs of boost. Without my NOS, if i dont get in front of him in the 1/4, its hard to catch his ass... but he just knows his sh*t... 98% of the rest of them just strap a coffee can muffler to their car and start screamin 500HP. lol
just my 2 cents.

nice run, i only got a 3.8 for the mean time but a few weeks ago i was on the freeway with a friend and a 325i and z28 flew by, i jump on it and past up in some traffic, i we watch the z28 try to catch up but he couldnt get around the traffic. felt good for a 3.8 to get get him for about 10 - 15 mile where he couldnt catch up

I agree 100%. It's only about 2% that have anything worth looking at the rest is crap. You look at a magazine like import tuner and see some decent cars that would probably put up one hell of a battle with a stang but then you look on the streets and see nothiing but a bunch of $hit.
