1997 Mustang gt auto to manual swap

so im new to this. I have always wanted a mustang and i finally got 2. One runs with auto stock the other is wrecked with pi motor and 5 speed. I was planning on swapping everything over so i have all the parts to do it but i was wondering about the pcm with i have to change all of that also so it wont be throwing codes. If anyone can help it will be appreciated.

Swap both wiring harness, and pcm's swap the key ign switch so the pcm will accept the keeys to its pcm. PS take out the driver seat to install / switch the pedels. Good luck

+1, you'll need to swap it all over. Not the main wiring harness though. but you need the one that goes to the manual transmission. Engine, tranny, drive shaft, pedal assembly, all clutch components, EEC.
