Thump when downshifting!

Default Thump when downshifting!
When i downshift, when racing... like from 4th to 3rd... when i let go off the clutch.. i hear a loud thump, in the rear end!!


What is it...??

Marc, check your Upper and lowers for tightness.. It sounds like a control arm unloading..

or maybe a u-joint ? I had one that was broken , and I didn't get any vibration or anything . It just made a noise when I let off the gas . It's easy enough to check out anyhow
