I have a small coolant leak around my oil cooler... It doesn't seem to be the hose and the leak forms at the bottom of the cooler where the oil filter fits... I'm thinking it may be a crack in the oil cooler itself... Would someone given me an idea as to how to remove the oil cooler to check for a crack?
you have to drain the oil and coolant before removing. if its anything like the 99 cobras which i think it is, the power steering pump needs to be removed as well. after that theres 4 bolts holding the oil cooler in place. remove and if no cracks, replace the orings in it, as it could just be leaking from the weep hole, and the gasket that goes to the block.
