Performance Shops In NJ/Philly Area?

I live in South Jersey, about a half hour from Philly, I have no idea where any performance shops are in this area. I've seen tons of so called "speed shops", but they strictly sell the parts. I'm no mechanic, and I don't particularly feel comfortable letting the local gas station mechanic tackle something like that. Anyone know of any in my area or a better way of finding one. I have searched on the internet too for places, and still all i've come up with is a lot of places to puchase the parts. thanks in advance.

hey i know of a couple good shops in central NJ area...where about in south jersey are you, what are some popular roadways near you (ex. turnpike, parkway, Rt 1 etc.) i will give you the directions

There is a shop in South Jersey that specializes in Mustangs. He did a lot of work on a guys '03 Cobra that I know. He told me where he is....I just can't remember, but he is not far from our area. I will see him on Friday and I will post back then and let you know who and where he is. One thing i do know for sure...the guy with the Cobra is obsessive with his car, so I would definitely take my car there for work.

The shop is even closer than I thought. Radical Racing on Jackson Rd. in Atco. They specialize in Mustangs. Have heard nothing but good things about them. Hope this helps....

i dont know jersey very well but i have been to this shop, i got a chip and dyno tune there. nice guys and very knowledgeable. also a 2002 EFI/renegade champion. so they dont just "sell parts".

i went to rippinracing.com. they hooked up my car sweet! it really rips now, need a cage for the car. im going there for thru the floor subframes. hes decent on the prices...yunes efi stuff, got a dyno,ect. if ya still looking.
