I am trying to locate the theft system fuse if there is even one. On the back of the black fuse box cover it has numbers for each fuse location but u have to have a owners manual to know which is which. I checked all the fuses in the engine so if its one of them then then its not just a fuse. I am terribly confused. This is a weird thing. All that has gone wrong with my stang is electric gremlins.
Also in the fuse box under the dash, there is 2 silver relays or fuse. What are these for? There is no way to check if these are bad if these control the anti theft system.

Below is a pic of the wiring diagram for the anti-theft portion of the fuse box. The fuse for the anti-theft is number six and it's 15amps.
The two grey fuseable links that you mentioned connect the fuse box to the altenator and voltage regulator.
(Sorry, I can't seem to upload the image. I'll try again later.)
Check your yahoo account. I sent it as an attachment.
On a side note. My battery dies when my car sits for a few days. I just unhook the negative cable when i am not using it. I bought a new battery when it first happened thinking that was the problem but it did it again. My battery now and alternator check out good. So its something else or a bad ground. I am not an electric guy, could one of those fusible links be bad and have something to do with it. When holding a test light to the battery and pulling the fuse that controls the radio and such, the test light would go out. Let me know what u think.

If your battery is draining, then you have a bad ground somewhere. Have you done any work on the radio or behind the dash? You might have pinched a wire somewhere. If your anti-theft, clock, keyless entry isn't working, then the bad ground is within that system. Does your radio work? I think that's fuse number eleven.
Yeah the radio works and so does the light. My theft light system lights up when started up the car and goes out meaning systems checked out ok. But it use to flash when the door was open and it stayed solid lit for a bit and then went out when the system was set..(hitting lock twice) But now it doest flash anymore, but the alaram will still go off when i hit panice..i am confused!!! I agree i got a bad ground somewhere but have no idea where to look. I havent done any work behind the radio or anything.
