Broke my front bumper house hunting and didn't see the low level ditch and I wanted to cry. Having said that now I am looking to replace the factory bumpers with a stalker 2 style body kit and change the color overall. I am getting wildly different price quotes from different shops ( 2500 from a auto body shop to 5000 dollars from a specialty shop named Burnyzz) What Is the Norm?

to do a complete color change? Yeah that's expensive if they do it right, if you want a nice budget job find a Maaco, they charge around $1000 for it, it won't win any car shows for paint, but it will look nice and have a 5 year warranty

would the flow of the stalker front end flow well with the stock side skirts?

Stalker front end will be fine with stock sideskirts but I would recommend looking for a takeoff 99-01 cobra front end, 03-04 cobra front end, or saleen front end as a used one can be had for cheaper than the stalker and will most likely look better.

I absolutley love the cobra front end that cervinis has (see attached) but new is about the same price. But I am worried how it would look with stock side skirts and back bumper. If I go Stalker then I am popping for the Stalker back bumper also. Oh Yeah and paint I was planning on was the Grabber Blue With Black Hood Scoop. What do you think?
