Default Custom tune or not?

I'm kind of new to mustangs and just recently purchased a 99 GT.
I want to get the Diablosport Predator tuner. I know machperformanceparts sells them for $340 with free shipping and that RWTD sells them for $400, also with free shipping, but also free custom tuning. My question is it worth spending the extra $60 to get the free custom tunes?
As far as performance my car has an air intake, off road X and exhaust. I plan on underdrive pulleys and 3.90 gears in the very near future. Also I live in Colorado at around 6000 ft above sea level. I'm not too sure if the custom tune, taking in to consideration the elevation/climate and mods would give much more performance over the tune that comes with the Predator.

Thanks in advance,
Jesse

I would opt for custome tunning. You will get a much better setup for your car. Make sure you include anything you have put on the car from intake to tailpipe and your elevation. I use a tuning shop locally and have had outstanding results.

http://www.fastchip.com

They are located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I have personally met a guy who brings his vette down from Denver every time he mods it or changes supercharger setups. When I am done modding my 05 I plan to take it to them.

I don't believe they work on fords, but I bet they can recommend somebody.

Good luck.

Yes talk to ken and brandon at modulardepot.com They are very knowledgable guys on tuning. I was gonna get a tune from them but had to get a better family car with my tax return. Luckly i only live 30 minutes from them when i do!

Thanks for the info/advice. I think I'll be getting a custome tune, no matter what place I get the tuner from.

Thanks again,
Jesse
