Hey Mustang brothers and sisters, I have a guy by the name of Steve that makes a custom dual 10" and 12" upfire subwoofer enclosure. His boxes cover years 1990-2004.
I brought one last week and received it exactly one week later as promised. I have been waiting two years to find a inexspensive box and I did. These boxes are under 200 bucks and did I mention how beatiful these things are. So if your tired of bieng told you can only fit 10" woofers give steve a call. I will post his information if I get any feedback.
Where does it fit. Because a buddy of mine got a custom dual 12" for his but it takes up the back seats. I would rather have one in the trunk that does not interfear with the back seat.
Hey, my box fiits in the trunk and does not interfere with my back seats. Actually, I have my amp and capcitor mounted to my backseats and they close up with no problems. As you know, we already do not have any room in trunk but I was shocked how this box looks. I will have pics posted soon. The link to the website is www.subthump.com and trust me when I say he will take care of you.

I have a 01 gt mustang and I have two 12"inch solo-barics with the specific box that go with them and I have no problem taking them in and out bbbuuuttt if your looking for space the best bet would be to go with the other box.:thumbsup
he doesn't list any stang boxes on his site. http://www.subthump.com/amustang.htm
i looked at your pics of the box. what is so "custom" about that? its just a square up-firing box. looks kinda like a q logic box. i could've built that for ya for $100! sorry, bro...but it looks awfully cheesy to me. looks like an afterthought. heres a pic of the box i built for my car, it houses 1 12" solobaric, and i could EASILY build one for the other side. :thumbsup http://www.allfordmustangs.com/photo...cat/500/page/1

Go to car stereo shop and buy this thing called rca converter right, also an apm kit, which includes power wire, remote wire (blue), RCa jacks and connectors.so the converter its this little box, one end with regular wire which is your input and the other end with RCA outputs. So check underneath your rear deck and what you re going to do is t-tap the wires from the converter to the wires from your rear speaker, thats your sound input. Then attach rca jacks to the other end which go to your amp. So that s for your sound. Power, just run your power wire from battery to amp and at the same time go behind radio and t-tap a single wire to a blue wire on the radio, that would be your remote wire. If this makes sense you can do it, otherwise I must say take to local car stereo shop and they can do this in like 15 minutes for you. good luck
