Default 2005 GT Track Story

Thursday of this week I located a 2005 GT at a dealership with only 9,500 miles on it and bought it. Today I took it to the track. Just a local small time track but I have to say I had a blast. I ended up going all the way to the finals and won!!! First time I had ever faced a true christmas tree. Sent not one but two Z28's home early.. By the way I traded in a 1999 Camaro on the new GT. What a good move!!! :thumbsup

Of course my reaction times was all over the place but the car would run consistantly on a 9.0 dail in. My 60 ft times were around 2.14 to 2.25. I was spinning 3/4's way through 2nd. I have to say it was the most looked over car on the track. A early model Vette flat told me he didn't want to get emarressed I loved it.

That's an understatement! There's nothing I like to see than a former Camaro owner seeing the light
Way to win at the track too!
