I would recommend Second Street Speed in Perkasie Pa. They have a Dynojet chassis dyno and a Superflow engine dyno. They were the first ones in Pa. to have a Dynojet and have been using it for 10 years and have been in buisness for many more. They can do everything from burning chips to complete stand alone fuel management systems . They specialize in Motec but can do pretty much any kind you want.
