Question why is my Priority number 99 is that because production hasn't begun? Has any one gotton a VOC for an 06 with a different Priority or are they all set at 99 before production?

When I ordered my 05 my priority was 99. When I received the car I noticed it had been changed to 14.

I believe a 99 means Dealer Hold

I ordered an 05 knowing/telling the dealer I wanted an 06 back in April... he put the order in as an 05 as a priority 99, means the dealer doesn't want ford to build it till they change the priority on it. So yes, it's on hold. In my case he will change the order to an 06 with the options I want. I'm fourth in line at my dealer... last I checked.
My question is, when can we get them to change this code from 99? Do we have to wait till the order guide comes out with pricing?

thanks for the replies I guess I will wait till production starts and if the number is not changed by August I will start to question.

I thought the order books for the 2006 model were not due out until June 1st. Without the order codes I did not think it was possible to put the order in the system. Is it possible they put it in as an '05 knowing that it woud be bumped to an '06. I contacted two dealers in NJ last week and the both confirmed the "06 order guides were not out.

For all of you who dont know the guide is out. go to the 05 mustang section of the mustang source fourm and it is like the first sticky. it just came out late on Friday.
