My 2003 GT doesn't have adjustable headrests...like the kind that tilt forward and back. For a short girl, this is a problem. I noticed a friend's 2004 has them. Can I order 2004 headrests and pop in my leather seats or does anyone know of any aftermarket ones that are better.

Headrest for the Mustangs are all interchangeable from the mid 80's on up. (for early headrests, you need to take a sleeve out of the headrest track though -- 2 minutes work)
My old 87 had headrests that adjusted -- you could look on ebay for a set.

I have a set of 1986 Mustang/Capri "Halo" headrests in my 2002 GT. (There's a pic in my gallery) They're not adjustable, but they do tilt farther forward than the stock ones.

You friend's 2004 -- is it a Mach1? I think they have different headrests than the GTs -- they should fit, but would likely be $$$ since you'd probably have to get them from Ford unless you knew of a wrecked one you could cannabalize.
