Ricers? I generally don't say anything. I ignore them. Most of them desperately want to be seen. I think most of them prefer negative attention to none at all, so acting as if they aren't even there seems to drive them nuts. If it is an obviously well-done, well-tuned import, I will pay attention, but not to ricers.
I say nothing,for instance, last Saturday the 11th I was sitting at a red light ,and what do I hear,a Fart Can pulling up next to me, It was a Black Eclipes gts or what ever they are, mind you I have an Auto GT,but he's revin' and revin' light turns green and tweeks his tires runnin' tru gears,I went easy off the line let him get a/b three cars on me and gunned it, after I had a/b two on him I politly stuck my hand out the window and waved bye

Well said. I did that to a kid driving one of those ugly 2001 eclipses on saturday. It was priceless listening to him bounce the rpms off the rev limiter. that feeling was better than if i would have handed him his @##.

My favorite is "If you win, you're fired!" That's because the kid who works for me has a WRX. But he really isn't a ricer -- he's actually about as far from the ricer attitude as you can get when you're missing 4 cylinders.
I just like to give him crap.....
