go with the 18x9 front and 18x10 on the rear. Thats what I have on my 99 and it looks great. The problem of Black or Chrome is all up to you. I have the Black and its alot easier to keep clean. Post us some pics when you get them on.

The chrome looks great but like a few have already said, keeping them clean takes a little more effort but it's worth it. The 04 that I recently owned had 18x9 chrome bullitts all the way around and drove and looked great

Both would look good but the chrome would really make that car stand out. My vote is for the chrome.
