Default Cleaning Sensors

Is it alright to use Electrical cleaner on sensors such as the IAT and ECT, and if it is, do you have to unplug the battery to spray these things down? I wanna do some cleanin but i don't wanna mess anything up. Thanks in advance.

any mix of cetane and alcohol will work.sorry about o2 sensors, nothing powerful enough to clean them without dissolving them.
