Oh, I definetely will, but I just got it running decent. I'm alittle reluctant to take it before it's on the dyno, and the custom tune is set for the 12th. The tune from RPM Outlet actually isn't too bad, but I'm not gonna fork out $100 just to find out they need to adjust it for another $400. I might as well do it right the first time. Trust me, the antisipation is killing me.

Did rpm outlet send you a chip or a handheld tuner. If you have a handheld tuner, the person that dyno's it can probably adjust your car some "if its not just way off." But it could be better to just let them burn one so then later if you ever make changes to your car they can just adjust the chip.

I have also found that a nice clean Stang catches more attention that a dirty one. Sadly mine is a huge dirt ball at the moment but I'll be taking care of that tonight.
I had a younger kid rev at me the other night in his Mazda B2000 (Ranger clone). His dad was in the passenger seat and leaned out towards me and says "He wishes".....I laugh ... he laughs...Then I said....something about one of these days when he buys one right.....more laughter light turns green and I couldn't help myself
I have noticed that owners of older classic and antique vehicles are very friendly, in general. This would be all makes and models. I have noticed that modern Mustang owners are the opposite, in general. There are exceptions, of course, but there really is not the kind of comraderie there should be among people that own the same kind of car. Kind of disappointing, really!

Maybe some of the younger Mustang owners don't understand the 'nice ride' acknowledgement issue.
Maybe they should join this forum to 'get enlightened'!
I know there's a lot of younger guys over on mustangtuning. The forums over there get quite interesting to say the least.

That's what I'm saying! I try to show my appreciation to ANY nice ride I drive past.

I always like to acknowledge a nice Mustang. If I see one where I can talk to the driver, I will, but lately I've been seeing alot of Ricestangs- Ricers who trade up, but don't lose the loser look. I just go right by them!

Hey Im 20 I always say hello to a hot mustang. I've said hello by reving my engine to a humongous dude I must have scared him he just laughed. Another guy in a GT with stickers. Also this really hot girl. I reved at a light and told her how nice her red v6 gt was. She just looked at me as though I was out of my head. And Im not an ugly dude. Ha. I'd say hello to any of you guys.

I read this post when I first bought my 2003 GT. I have had it for 1 year next month and I must say that most any other Mustang drivers feel they have something to prove to other Mustang owners and it isn't just our competitive nature either. I wonder why it is that if I am passing a Mustang coming the other direction they floor it or downshift just so I can hear their exhaust like ricers do. Or do the Fly By like ricers do. I had this guy behind me the other day that kept flooring it and slamming on his breaks like an idiot. I love my stang , but most other owners where I live are as bad as the ricers. Maybe it is just where I live. There are a bunch of young rich kids around here that are growing up in the Import phase that I hate.

It's considered 'cool' not to acknowledge the other driver. Especially if it's some rice-a-roni car.
I do acknowledge a trick stang, or another GT, and always the cute girl driving one- but I usually ignore Cobra's- I like to watch them steam when they get no props.

The only time I get a wave is usually when I'm mistaken for someone else... But whenever there's a show or event, that seems to be the only time people lighten up and relax. And the rare occasions I see others wave is always to the same body style, and the more mature drivers.
