i have a 98 cobra and my friend has a 2003 mach 1 . He says i dont have a chance. his mach 1 is stock and my 98 cobra has headers and 4.10 gears. What do yall think?

I would go with the Mach also, unless driving becomes a factor. What was the RWHP of the Cobra back then? Weight about the same more or less?!?

I'll say the Mach I has you beat. I used to stick it to my best friend in his 97 Cobra. He had 4.10's, x pipe and Diablo chip. All I had was a mildly modded 03 GT with a CAI and Pro Chamber.

Yeah i raced a 98 the other day and i pulled on him, and i could tell he had a mid pipe and catback for sure, could have had more. All i have it exhaust, shifter, and CAI...and we were from a roll.

I believe the 98 cobra has 305 horsepower and the mach has 320, but you have 4.10's i think you'll kill him, just dont roast the tires off the line. but make sure you tell us the result of the match up.
