IMPORTANT!!!!!! from yers 1996-2001 mustangs had a recall for the intake manifold cracking behind the housing of the thermostat and it usually cost from $750 to $1,500 depending were you go it cost me $900 but the recall only lasted for 7yrs. it ended March 16th of 2006 it usually happens around 70,000+ miles mine happend 3 days after i bought mine and im at 80,000. The reason for the cracking is because its all plastic were the new ones the front of the manifold is aluminum

I don't know so much about gaining power from that Professional products piece. I've seen a handful of tests with mixed results. Most people who gained anything apprciable were pushing large amounts of boost or large N2O shots.

well i think it is prob better in the long run than the cheap plastic one - and it opens the door for more hp if you choose to go the n20 route - no what i mean man!

Oh yeah, it's definitely a good piece to use when the crappy plastic ones break. But I wouldn't yank a perfectly good plastic one off thinking I was going to break land speed records with the PP one.

Fitment just sucks... you'll have leaks all the time with that POS.

THe design is horrible, and a waste of money. The runners are cut down, almost as bad as teh shortside radius of NPI heads. It would need a lot of work to be a good intake.
