Default Has anyone used this short throw shifter?

Hello all, its been prolly about a year or so since i have posted on here but im' back with a questions. Has anyone seen or used this short throw shifter on their stang? I know the whole " you pay for what you get for" thing but i also believe that some parts are more complicated than others. I think it would be more stupid to buy a cheap "ebay" exhaust manifold or something rather than an intake. So is a shifter a part that can really break or be cheaply put together? Thank you all.

Thats funny, I thought it looked like a cheap rip-off of the Pro 5.0 . I'd get the Steeda sport shifter before I went the ebay route, or just buy a used name brand if cost is a concern. I'd suggest the Pro 5.0 over the Tri-Ax. Having used both now, the 2nd to 3rd shift is so damn easy with the Pro 5.0, I haven't missed it yet but missed it alot with the Steeda. Sorry, it's not a product review on the ebay shifter, but I hope it helps!

I've got the Steeda Tri-Ax and I've never used anything but that since it came in my car, but in any other manual I've driven it's been way harder to shift. The tri-ax is perfect and a buddy just ordered on, should be in tomorrow. Everytime he drives my car, it's all he can talk about.

I concour. A cheap one that is poorly made could theoretically cause tranny damage, and if you are speed shifting, it could absolutely break.
